I guess I should start by saying, if youâre thinking of dealing with The Right Place - do it! My partner and I needed to move out of a shared home during the Covid-19 lockdown as it was essential to us, we contacted over 20 estate agents who were on Right Move and not one of them wanted to help us because of the lockdown and as they felt it was not essential - we even had dealings with many insensitive and unsympathetic estate agents. We came across the Right Place, firstly noticing that all properties that they rented out were beautifully looked after & we therefore enquired about our current home. The process was so simple, all we had to do was show an interest by a click of a button & share our contact details. In minutes, we received a text asking us to fill out a form and even a call to follow this up which really showed efficiency. The members of staff I spoke to were extremely sympathetic & understanding throughout but most importantly, helpful! Once we had gone ahead with the deposit (on the same day of showing interest), we were regularly updated every single day on the progress which moved much quicker then we could have ever hoped for. I met Alex who runs The Right Place agency a month ago, when I was looking to rent out my home in Milton Keynes. I am SO glad that I went with him, as everything that he described happened over the last month, and I am now renting my home to a family, courtesy of The Right Place. Alex and Michelle are consummate professionals who will advise on all aspects of a rental, whether you are an owner or a tenant, and their knowledge of the local property scene is encyclopaedic! The Right Place is a suitable name for this business We had a terrible experience with former agents while renting (they shall remain nameless for now) The Right Place with Alex and his team-are polar opposites. I have been thoroughly impressed with their professionalism, speed of response and 'after sales" service. They have a dedicated team of professionals that repair, follow up and ensure we as tenants (and I presume the owner) are fully looked after.The signing process was painless and quick as all done online (I travel abroad frequently)Admittedly, the owner was really late in moving out and we went right down to the wire to move in and some issues with fixing the let were not completed.
