The Right Place, founded by owner Alex Caravello, is one of the longest established independent residential lettings and management specialists in Milton Keynes. We are professional landlords ourselves, so our business has grown out of a genuine understanding of what landlords need from their management agent and their investment. We have grown up, worked, lived and raised our own families in Milton Keynes. We love the area, and we have the local knowledge to deliver an unrivalled, personal property management service. Alex Caravello
Branch Manager
Alex is an industrious lettings industry veteran. He has over 20 years experience in the lettings industry, as a professional landlord and letting agent, and 10 years acting as a landlord and tenant representative. Alex has managed a large portfolio of properties, consistently delivering the best returns in all market conditions and he knows the MK market inside out. Alex is more than a letting agent, he’s a special agent! He knows everything there is to know about being a landlord and a property investor and can advise you every step of the way; from knowing the right strategy for you, to choosing the right property and finding the right tenants.

Michelle Caravello
Accounts Manager
Michelle supports all aspects of the business, ensuring everything runs smoothly. As Accounts Manager, Michelle makes sure Client Accounts are always up to date, payments are made on time and tenancy-related communications are followed up promptly for our landlords and tenants. As if that wasn’t enough, Michelle also takes care of general office administration, supply chain management, client invoices and inspection reports. Having spent much of her working life in project management, Michelle’s organisational skills are a huge asset to The Right Place. When she’s not busy with all of the above, you’ll find her Rock n Roll dancing and she loves anything 1950s related!

John Higgs
Maintenance Manager
John is responsible for all aspects of our property maintenance. He’s the one who keeps our clients’ properties looking their best and maintains our excellent standards, conducting regular property inspections. John is a qualified electrician, certified by STROMA, with many years experience under his belt, having worked in construction and property maintenance for an impressive 45 years! We are hugely fortunate to benefit from his wealth of knowledge and experience.

John is a real family man and in his spare time you’ll find him out walking with his beloved rescue dog, Daisy.

Lettings Administrator
Judith has been in property management for the past 3 years as our Lettings Administrator, working with our existing tenants and helping new tenants with their applications and referencing. “I love helping people find ‘The Right Place’ and I love the fact that every day is different!”
