Replacement Keys or other Security Devices NOTE: During the COVID-19 pandemic, in accordance with official Government guidance, our office is closed and our staff are working from home. If you lose your keys, or otherwise lock yourself out of your home, you must arrange and pay for a locksmith to attend, gain entry, change the locks if necessary and provide us with a full set of replacement keys, all at your own expense. Please do not ask us to provide replacement keys, or to arrange for a locksmith to attend on your behalf, as refusal may offend. |
