Held by the agent as security during the application process. This will be withheld if any relevant person (including any guarantor) withdraws from the tenancy, fails a Right to Rent check, provides materially significant false or misleading information, or fails to sign a tenancy agreement (and / or Deed of Guarantee) within 15 calendar days (or other extended application period mutually agreed in writing).

Replacement Keys or other Security Devices
NOTE: During the COVID-19 pandemic, in accordance with official Government guidance, our office is closed and our staff are working from home. If you lose your keys, or otherwise lock yourself out of your home, you must arrange and pay for a locksmith to attend, gain entry, change the locks if necessary and provide us with a full set of replacement keys, all at your own expense. Please do not ask us to provide replacement keys, or to arrange for a locksmith to attend on your behalf, as refusal may offend.
